TO EAT FAST FOOD AND STILL BE HEALTHY

The fact that you’re searching for ways to eat fast food but still be healthy tells us that your body has been missing those burgers and fries! If you still want to maintain your weight without having to say goodbye to fast food then guess what, congratulations, you’ve come across the right destination! 

 

It’s true that too much fast food is not good for your health but too much of anything is also bad. So why give up on your favorite treats when you can make them healthier? 

 

Think about it, wouldn’t it be amazing if you could eat anything you want but still look so damn fine? Sounds...too good to be true! But what if we tell you that we got some tips to help you achieve what you’ve sought to be impossible? Keep on scrolling and thank us later!  

1. Ask for your prefered ingredients

You don't have to totally give up on your favorite foods, a small adjustment can make a difference. Here we are talking about changing ingredients which have low calories and fat but still retain the delicious taste when ordering fast food. 

For examples:

  • Use soy milk or low-fat milk instead of full-fat milk 

  • Use low-fat cheese instead of regular cheese 

  • Use grilled meat instead of fried meat

  • Use lean meat instead of fatty meat

2. Spice up your eating pattern

Have you ever heard of people who fast for 16 hours and eat only for 8 hours? It might sound a bit weird but they're dieting in a way called Intermittent Fasting - a popular weight-loss method recently. During the 16 hours fasting, the body will use the fat stored in it and convert it into energy for you. Therefore, after a while of persistence, you will lose weight and look slimmer.

 

The great thing about this diet is that you can eat whatever you want. OMG, does that sound like your dreams come true? You don't have to say bye to fried chicken, pizza, sugar, and sweets any more thanks to this method. If this diet method interests you, click here for more information.

3. Cook 'fast food' at home

Making your own fast food at home sounds complicated and makes it no longer "fast", however, you will be able to satisfy your cravings while being in control of what you are putting in your body. Everyone can cook, if you’ve at least cooked instant noodles or fried eggs then you’re qualified! If you have great passion towards cooking then why not try recreating fast food at home. Who knows? You might be the next Gordan Ramsay of the fast food industry!

4. Sweat, sweat, sweat!

It’s the ugly truth guys, no matter what you eat, healthy or unhealthy, you’d still need to burn those calories if you want to stay fit! Don’t worry, you’ll have plenty of time to stay in bed when you reach 70...but for now, use them legs, shake them hips, put them into good use before they eventually give up on you.
 

Working out is not the only way to stay active. You could run up and down the stairs, open up your refrigerator in and out just like how you normally would do (work them biceps!), offer to do chores for your mom and become her favorite child, etc...what we’re trying to say is, try keeping your bum off the bed! And GET ACTIVE!

5. Just eat, why resist?

What food does nutritionists advise people to eat everyday for a healthy diet? Veggies, protein, carbs? But all of these ingredients are found in our food. So why is our food considered to be unhealthy? Ah hah, that’s because of the artificial ingredients that we’ve ONCE used!
